About Us

At the time Brick'Em Young was founded we were parents with two boys and three girls, all age 9 and less. As a family we have always enjoyed spending time together building things.  Our children have grown up in Shanghai, China and have not been able to visit temples on a frequent basis. As we thought of ways to better connect our children to the temple, we decided to put pictures of temples in their bedrooms.  The idea to build temple models produced a great amount of excitement with our children.  Their energy and enthusiasm was evident when they finished constructing their first Salt Lake Temple Model.  This was our motivation for creating Brick'Em Young. We want to share this experience with as many families as possible!
