I am very happy with my 2 purchases of the Washington DC Temple sets. I was impressed with the prompt delivery. One set is going to my bishop in a plan to encourage our youth to participate in Family Search in areas of “Ordinances Ready” to take names to the temple and submitting their memories of loved ones. Lego bricks are given individually for each youth as they complete temple and family history related tasks. Finally, when the temple set is completed, it will be raffled off to the lucky winner.
I want to return this set. The base plate will not hold the walls up..
I ordered 4 temples total and only received one. I've emailed Brick'em 2 times and have not heard from anyone. I was wanting them for General conference for me and my kids. Very disappointed in the customer service. I'm going to email one more time then I guess I'm just out of luck.
Never opened the box, by the time it got here it was of no use anymore. Tried several times to contact them to find out if they were shipping. Never heard a word from them except for this survey. I noticed that a lot of their 1 star reviews was lack of a response when asking where their order was. Lesson learned would have been to see their reviews before ordering.
