Unfortunately you don’t put your product in another box for shipping without the company identity showing on the outside. It totally spoils the surprise as a Christmas gift. Please fix this oversight.
When I placed the order it said the 40% off for the black Friday add had been applied . But the order confirmation said I had been charged the full $98 dollars. The add was still up a week later. I sent several emails but never got a response. I'm considering just returning the order and going to desert book. I love the nativity and temple I previously got from you but the customer service this time has been disappointing. Still 3 stars because I love your products
